		Juice from 2 lemons
1	ts	Lemon peel; grated
1	tb	Oil
2	tb	Sugar
6	tb	Water
1	ts	Cornstarch

Saute peel in oil add sugar juice of 2 lemons. Mix cornstarch with water and add to mixture. Cook over medium heat until smooth and thick. This is excellent with chicken.
